Beyond Rent (“the App”) is a rent management application developed and owned by Beyond Limit Property Management Co., Kuwait. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Beyond Rent mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

We may collect the following information directly from you:

• Phone number (for login and authentication)
• Tenant details such as name, unit, and property information
• Rent-related data displayed inside the app

We do not collect passwords, photos, or sensitive personal data.

2. Information Automatically Collected

2.1 Firebase Authentication

We use Firebase Phone Authentication to verify your identity. Firebase receives your phone number and device information to complete the verification process.

2.2 Firebase Firestore

The App stores rent records, payment history, and property information securely in Google’s Firestore database.

2.3 Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

We use FCM to send notifications related to:

• Rent due reminders
• Payment confirmations
• Admin alerts

Your device may store a unique notification token.

2.4 Crash & Performance Data

Google Play and Firebase may collect anonymous crash reports, performance metrics, and error logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To authenticate you using your phone number
• To display your rent status and payment history
• To allow admins and owners to manage properties
• To send important notifications regarding rent
• To improve app performance and security

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or third-party marketing tools.

4. Payment Processing (Casheer – Future Release)

For future in-app payments, Beyond Rent will integrate with Casheer (KWPay). When this feature is activated:

• Payments will be processed through Casheer’s secure system
• Beyond Rent will not store credit card or payment details
• Only payment confirmations will be saved in your rent record

All Casheer transactions follow their own security and compliance standards.

5. Data Sharing

We may share your data only in the following cases:

• With property owners or management staff who are authorized to view tenant rent information
• When required by Kuwaiti law or legal requests
• With Google Firebase services as part of app functionality

We never sell data to third parties.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform). We use the following protections:

• Encrypted storage
• Firestore security rules
• Role-based access (tenant / admin / owner)
• Server-side validation

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• View the data stored about you
• Request updates or corrections
• Request deletion where applicable
• Opt out of notifications

Requests can be made through Beyond Limit Property Management.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated version will always be available on our official website.
